When you submit an enquiry, request the Private Buyer's Brief or request a market guide, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and any message or market preference you include. We do not collect payment information through this site and we set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the material you requested and, only if you opt in, to send the monthly off market brief. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our business email accounts on Google Workspace. Both providers maintain their own security and privacy safeguards.
Enquiry details are retained while your enquiry or client relationship remains active, and are deleted on request.
You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email nada@offmarketacquisitions.co and we will act promptly. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also have rights under UK GDPR or GDPR, which we respect regardless of where you are based.
